TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. In the game organized by the Gulf Invest Ltd. (1037 Budapest Bécsi út 77.-79., hereinafter referred to as Organizer) all foreign and Hungarian citizen may participate, who during the period of the game answers the questions and fill out the registration form (hereinafter: application) on the website of  www.academygolfclub.hu.
The player, who answers all three questions correctly, will take part on a prize draw.
Participation in the game entails automatic acceptance of the present official terms and conditions. 
1.2 The registration can only be filled out, if the player completes the quiz under the  “Academy quiz” menu of www.academygolfclub.hu.
On the registration form all fields marked with * must be filled out for participating in the game.  
The game lasts from 15th January to 31st May 2010
Final deadline for completing the registration form is the midnight of 31st May 2010.
First draw will take place on 20th February 2010.
A player with same name, address and e-mail address may register only ones. A player with same name, address and email address can only win maximum 1 prize, and respectively maximum 1 grand prize.
Prizes:
The first 50 game participant will receive an Academy Golf Club prize, on which they will be informed by e-mail.
On the 20th of each month prizes will be drawn among all successful participants. Draws will be carried out by a computer at the following address: 1037 Budapest Bécsi út 77-79.
The first 50 registered players will receive an Academy Golf present.
Monthly prize: 5 hours of personal golf tutoring.
Grand prizes:
At the end of the game series all participants will be entered into the grand prize draw, which will take place during the official opening ceremony of the Academy Golf Club. The grand prize will be drawn by a computer at the official opening of the club in June 2010, address: Academy Golf Club 1037 Budapest Perényi lejtő 1.
Grand prize will be 3 No Corporate packages with a value of 100.000 Ft each, which may be used fully in the facilities of the Academy Golf Club.
Prizes will be transferred by a delivery service. The winning player is obliged to cooperate in order to allow transfer of the prize at the latest within 90 days following the draw. If the winner did not comply with this cooperation obligation and so the timely transfer of the prize would fail, then this circumstance cannot be held against the Organizer. The Organizer can provide the possibility of transferring the prize within this timeline.
Name of the grand prize winner – and name of the place of his/her residence – will be posted on www.academygolfclub.hu after the draw. 
Organizer shall not be held responsible for the player’s false data provision.
 Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible into money. Personal income tax payment obligations pertinent to the prize as well as the mailing costs of the presents are borne by the Organizer, however other arising costs (e.g. costs of travelling to the place prize handover) are on the player.
Employees of the Golf Invest Ltd., address: 1037 Budapest Bécsi út 77.-79., and their close relatives as per Ptk. 685.§.b. are excluded from the game.
Provided the winner is limited to act, then for substantive administration on, and acceptance of the prize he/she is entitled together with a legal representative only. (In case of divorced parents, the parent exercising parental custody) Incapacitated person cannot take part in the game even with his/her legal representative. 
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for defects and errors of postal addresses provided by the players (e.g. names or addresses misspelled, etc.), and so ensued delays or failure of postal delivery, and respectively for damages occurred during shipping or delivery.
With regard to the prizes the Organizer accepts no warranty; the winner may enforce such a need within legal framework against the provider/manufacturer/vendor of the prize, whom will be indicated to the winner by the Organizer at the time of the prize’s handover. 
Information in connection with the game is available on the website of www.academygolfclub.hu. Official terms and conditions of the game are posted on www.academygolfclub.hu.
Player agrees unconditionally to that that his/her personal data requested through these terms and conditions and provided by himself/herself in the course of the game would be entered into the Organizer’s database and same may be used by the Organizer for the conduct of the game – and for its period – without any additional considerations and approval. Manager of the data is the Organizer, who treats these information in accordance with the provisions of Law No LXIII of 1992 on “Protection of personal data and public data” and other referring legislations.
The player, who does not wish the Organizer to keep his/her personal data, may any time request the Organizer in writing without giving any reason to remove his/her personal data upon mailing to the following address: Golf Invest Kft. 1037 Budapest Bécsi út 77-79; or e-mailing to: info@golfinvest.hu. The player may also ask correction to his/her data on the same address, and respectively e-mail address.  
Providing data is voluntary, however the Player acknowledges that if he/she did not provide his/her data necessary for the game as indicated under point 1 of the present terms and conditions or requested removal of same prior to handover of the prize, that leads to exclusion from the game; and if Law No XCII of 2003 on the “Order of taxation” – or any other Law – requires mandatory data management for the Organizer (e.g. mandatory retention of the minutes of draw containing the addresses and names of the winners for a period of 5 years), then the Organizer can comply with the player’s request of deletion of his/her data only after this mandatory data management.
Processing of data is carried out by the Organizer. Delivery service participating in the delivery and transport of the prize will use the data provided by the Organizer only for the delivery and transport of the prize and only for the time of the delivery and transport of same. Golf Invest Ltd. will not give the personal data of a player to other third parties without prior consent by the player with being informed properly on doing so.
